Founder & director
I’m Max Wright, a proud Cheltonian who grew up in the charming neighbourhood of Hatherley, Cheltenham. My love for this town runs deep, having lived and worked here all my life. Cheltenham isn’t just where I’m from but it’s a part of who I am. From a young age, I’ve felt a strong connection to this community and always believed that I was meant to play a role in shaping its future.
That belief led me to establish Team Cheltenham Properties Ltd, a company dedicated to creating beautifully designed, high-end homes that reflect the elegance and heritage of our town. Our mission is simple: to develop luxurious properties exclusively with local talent, ensuring that every penny invested stays within Cheltenham. We’re not just building homes; we’re supporting local tradesmen, creating jobs, and giving back to the community that has given us so much.

That’s why we’re committed to donating a percentage of our profits to two local Cheltenham charities: Emily’s Gift and the Public Hearts Defibrillator Campaign. Emily’s Gift provides vital support for children with cancer and their families, while the Public Hearts Defibrillator Campaign works to place life-saving defibrillators across the community. We’re proud to support these initiatives, knowing that our work helps make a meaningful difference in the lives of local families and contributes to a safer, healthier Cheltenham.
